There is nothing quite like dining accompanied by a side of a spectacular view. From a front row view underneath the bleachers tucked inside Fenway Park to a patio seat for people watching along the haute couture shops of tony Newbury Street, here’s a look at five of the best restaurants with a view in Boston.

1 Top of the Hub

Top of the Hub
There is no view quite like the amazing one found from the floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Boylston Street at the Prudential Center. The Top of the Hub is one of the city's most romantic for its breathtaking views from 52 stories above that span from South Boston to East Boston and beyond. Whether you come here during the day to enjoy a lobster roll or their prix fixe lunch selections or head up for an after-dinner cocktail in the lounge in the evening, you won't find a more impressive view in the city.

2 Tapeo

Tapeo
Patio season doesn't get much better than tapas, sangria and a view of Newbury Street, now does it? The haute shopping mecca is certainly where it's at when it comes to people watching and Tapeo delivers quite the view from its cozy patio. Share some lobster and crab ravioli, lamb meatballs in truffle cream sauce or beer braised short ribs paired up with a spiced up El Matador cocktail and all eyes might turn to you while you enjoy on one of the most coveted patios in town.

3 Bleacher Bar

Bleacher Bar
With the Red Sox celebrating their home opener yesterday at Fenway Park, the season is officially now about rooting on our favorite baseball team. If you aren't able to score tickets to a coveted game like the Yankees this season, head to Bleacher Bar early for a front row seat literally inside Fenway Park (under the bleachers just a few feet from Ted Williams' Red Seat, to be exact). The window looks out onto center field giving you the best seat in the house while you enjoy a round of sliders or traditional baseball fare like warm pretzel sticks and a jumbo hot dog.

4 Legal Harborside

Legal Harborside
If you are looking for an oceanfront view quite like no other, Legal Harborside certainly delivers. Located at Liberty Wharf in the Seaport District, this massive 20,000 square foot seafood emporium offers three floors of unique dining concepts under one roof. Slurp on a dozen Blue Point oysters or roll up your sleeves and dig into an order of fried clams on the casual first floor. If more formal dining is your thing, reserve a table on the second floor where you can dine on a bone-in halibut steak, pan seared scallops or roasted Atlantic cod. For sushi, sashimi and specialty maki in the sun, head up to the third floor where you can gaze at the skyline while watching sailboats pass by from the roof deck.

5 Tresca

Tresca
One of the most sought after ways to enjoy al fresco dining in the North End is at Tresca where there is just one table available for outside dining on its balcony. The exclusive second floor table for two at Boston Bruins legend Ray Bourque's restaurant (co-owned with Executive Chef Richard Ansara) has the best view of the Italian neighborhood and its most famous street. Favorites include Filetto Oscar (grilled filet mignon, medallions with Maine Lobster tail, hollandaise, asparagus, and porcini mushroom risotto) and the 14-ounce grilled Veal Chop Toscano served with wild mushrooms, olive oil, lemon zest, rosemary and sage, roasted herbed potatoes and broccolini.
