Inside the Posh Hyde Resort & Residences Hollywood Grand Opening

Hyde Resort & Residences Hollywood celebrated its grand opening with an exclusive performance by the spectacular Gipsy Kings. This is the first property from the new Hyde hotel portfolio, which is a partnered brand between Related Group and sbe. Hyde Resort & Residences Hollywood is a collaborated project from co-developers Related Group & Fortune International Group.

The opening celebration occurred on the property’s impressive amenity deck but guests had the opportunity to tour the rooftop on the 12^th floor of the development and walk in and out of the hotel suite that was designed by Debora Aguiar. On the tour, guest explored the robust amenities and features, including a gorgeous Emena spa, a state-of-the-art gym and a new restaurant concept called Terrazas. The celebration also featured a live streamed demolition for the upcoming Hyde Beach House, the sister property to the Hyde Resort & Residences.

The Hyde Resort & Residences is the second installment in a seven-property partnership. Two additional Hydes in South Florida will open following the opening of this Hollywood location. The aforementioned Hyde Beach House is already 70 percent sold and the soon-to-be topped-off Hyde Midtown Suites & Residences is 80 percent sold. Other projects in the Related/sbe portfolio include the first-ever SLS LUX-branded hotel in Brickell as well as three properties in Latin America: SLS Zihuatanejo, SLS Cancun and SLS Lux Puerto Madero.

Closings for the Hyde Resort & Residences condominium units will start January 30, and the resort will open in early February.
