In early 2014, New England Patriots (currently suspended) quarterback Tom Brady and modeling bombshell Gisele Bündchen purchased a 3,300-square-foot condominium in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. Located on the 48th floor of One Madison tower, the lofty abode is up for grabs—Brady and Bündchen are moving to a 5,000-square-foot apartment in TriBeCa. Listed for $17.25 million—$5.5 million more than its original asking price—the 3-bed- room, 3.5-bathroom residence has a private elevator and a living-dining room surrounded by tall windows with views of the Empire State Building and the Hudson River.
