Founder of the Refine Method Shares Her Guide to NYC
A Harvard alum and a former dancer with the New York City Ballet, Brynn Putnam has worked in some of NYC’s top gyms and boutique fitness studios. However, despite logging many hard workout hours each week, her clients weren’t getting the results they wanted. Keeping in mind her motto — train smarter, not harder —Putnam founded the Refine Method.
With three locations in NYC, the Refine Method uses the latest information in the field of athletic training and apply it to the needs of the fitness studio’s clientele. By “refining” the masses of information out there and giving only the best to the clients, Putnam and her team produces a “refined” body – lean, proportional and fit. Read on to find out the fitness guru’s favorite places in Gotham City.
