Novikov Restaurant and Bar Opens in Dubai

Contemporary Russian restaurant has opened the doors of its first Middle East outlet. Founded by Russian entrepreneur Arkadiy Novikov, in the Middle East the concept is led by Bulldozer Group, the Dining and Entertainment Group, which is also responsible for Sass Café, Toko, VIP room and Movida.

Located in the newly opened Sheraton Grand Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 280-seat 13,000m² venue features a menu combining traditional Asian cuisines with contemporary international cuisine, infusing influences from China, Japan and the region of South-East Asia. Led by Executive Chef Shane Macneill, the restaurant has its own entrance, a lounge and is spread across two floors. It comprises four areas: the bar & lounge, main dining room, sushi counter, and mezzanine private dining room. Novikov’s plush interiors have been designed by Geometry Design Moscow and feature natural leather, natural stone and jade as well as granite walls.

Many guests will already be familiar with the concept’s venues in Moscow and London, known for their service, variety of dining experiences, decor and cuisine.
