Today, Rose Cafe & Restaurant offers an all day experience in Sunny Isles Beach, evolving from its beginnings as a cafe into a sophisticated Mediterranean Italian destination. Guests can move from breakfast and coffee in the morning to business lunches and elevated dinners, with the restaurant offering everything from homemade pastries and paninis to fresh Mediterranean inspired dishes and a full bar experience.

But the restaurant is ultimately a reflection of Milton’s broader philosophy. She believes hospitality should feel personal.
