Taking place this Saturday in Miami Design District’s enchanting Palm Court, Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) — a leading non-profit organization that teaches at-risk children how to build an entrepreneurial mindset, and thus pave their way to success — will host its annual gala and fundraiser: the Ignite Entrepreneurship Launch Benefit. Amidst an idyllic backdrop of Miami’s stunning sunset, guests are invited to kick off the elegant evening with a “Spirited Startups Cocktail Reception,” where they will enjoy glasses overflowing with the region’s finest wines and handcrafted cocktails, live music and a silent auction with a chance to bid on an hour with two of Miami’s own entrepreneurial leaders, Venus Williams and Adrienne Bosh. The cocktail reception will run from 6 to 7 p.m., with the gala immediately following. Palm Court is located at 140 NE 39th Street. Tickets are $200 per person, with proceeds benefiting low-income youth and NTTE’s progressive approach to entrepreneurship education.

Taking place at the opulent Intercontinental Hotel Miami, this elegant evening will start with a sunset cocktail overlooking Biscayne Bay, where attendees can bid on luxury silent auction items like vacation packages, jewelry, restaurant gift certificates, spa treatments and more. And finally, the crème de la crème of an already elegant evening? A three-course dinner, with live music, in the Intercontinental Hotel’s beautiful Chopin Ballroom. This event will run from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Intercontinental Hotel Miami, at 100 Chopin Plaza. Tickets to the event are $200 per person, with proceeds directly benefitting CIS of Miami’s work with young students.
