Tell me a little bit about the origins of the property given that it was a new-build. How would you describe the design, decor and atmosphere of the hotel?
The first Trump branded hotel property in downtown Manhattan, Trump SoHo New York has introduced a new perspective on luxury hospitality to SoHo as the neighborhood’s only AAA Five Diamond rated hotel since opening in 2010. Inspired by the cobblestone streets and architecture of the historic SoHo neighborhood, the design balances materials and finishes that are both rich and raw, such as the wood finishes next to supple leathers. Additionally, Trump SoHo is the only hotel in New York to feature custom furnishings by Fendi Casa, the chic home décor line by the eponymous fashion label known for its exclusive clothing and handbags. The 391 residential-style guest rooms – 145 which are suites – blend classically-inspired interiors with contemporary New York design, each featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and unrivaled views.

Each penthouse offers stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing the Hudson River, Midtown and the Empire State Building, Lower Manhattan and the East River bridges, or downtown and One World Trade Center. The view alone is worth twice the price of these incredible penthouses.
Several of the penthouses are equipped with dining tables that are perfect for intimate dinner parties in addition to a wine cooler that we customize with guests’ favorite vintages.
