Bulgari Introduces Le Gemme Collection at Dolce Vita Fete
Bulgari introduced its new Le Gemme eyewear collection at a fab 1960s-Rome inspired soiree.

VIPs, celebrities and L.A. tastemakers were invited to live the Dolce Vita life when they stepped into Bulgari’s new Le Gemme eyewear collection launch on Wednesday.

The Sunset Tower hotel’s terrace was transformed into 1960’s Rome. Alexander Ludwig, Cara Santana, Garcelle Beauvais, Jeannie Mai, Kathryn Winnick and Cameron Silver were among the crowd who took selfies on the “Spanish Steps” (a backdrop that included Bulgari’s Roman boutique) while sitting on an authentic Lambretta from said era.

Guests listened to Dolce Vita-like tunes provided by The Vintage DJ while sipping prosecco and Italian-inspired cocktails and perusing the new collections, which include Diva, Serpenti and Le Gemme.

Le Gemme in particular is a line of top-gamut bejeweled sunglasses and prescription frames, crafted with precision metals and exceptional gemstones. For its Italian Riviera inspired eyewear collection, Bulgari applied its high-jewelry approach to its frames, creating an elegant, glamorous and timeless product.
