7 AM Dance Parties Just Became A Reality in NYC

What would your co-workers say if you arrived at work and told them you’d just come from a 7 AM dance party? They’d probably say you should go back home and get some more sleep. But little do they (and most New Yorkers) know, early-morning dance parties have become a reality—as of today!

While most of us were still brushing our teeth, a group of partygoers gathered at Manhattan’s Highline Ballroom for this year’s first DAYBREAKER event, which kicked off with yoga at 6 AM and a dance party following from 7-9 AM. New York never ceases to amaze us with its creativity in morning regimes! Desert Hearts’ resident DJ spun tunes while people started their morning on a vivacious note. Highline even provided juice, coffee, and breakfast treats, because lets not kid ourselves, the event wouldn’t have been such a success without a little caffeine to fuel it.

Wednesday mornings just got a whole lot better.
