Aerin Cosmetics and NYC’s Neue Gallery Team Up to Celebrate Gustav Klimt

If you’re a fan of the Gustav Klimt masterpiece, “A Woman In Gold” then you’ll love this! Aerin Lauder cosmetics and New York’s Neue Gallery have teamed up in celebration of the opening of the Gustav Klimt’s exhibition which will show 50 works by the Vienna based artist from April 2 through September 7th. The “Woman In Gold” was acquired by the gallery in 2006 and is the center-piece of the Neue’s collection. On a related note, Helen Mirren and Ryan Reynolds will be starring in a historical drama about the subject of the painting, socialite, Adele Bloch-Bauer.

Aerin Lauder created a specially-packaged sheer rose-balm lipstick set, inspired from the warm blush tones of the painting. The duo will be sold at the gallery shop for $64. Culture-geeks may want to pre-order the limited-quantity item here just to be sure to get one.
