On a Saturday in Miami — and by Miami, we mean everywhere — the only acceptable way to start your day is with brunch. To make sure you do it right, head to South of Fifth’s The Local House to try tantalizing tastes of breakfast frittatas, spicy tuna with coconut-sweet potato mash, steak n’ eggs, Eggs Benedict, fish sandwiches with roasted tomato aioli and much more.

The Local House has a daily brunch, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located at Sense Beach House, at 400 Ocean Drive.

1 PM: Raise your glass to Miami’s very first “La Nuit en Rose.”
For the first time ever, this weekend, MIami’s EDITION hotel is giving trendy guests and locals alike the opportunity to go on a 24-hour champagne diet; and all dedicated to rosé. From January 31st to February 1st, “La Nuit en Rose” — the world’s first food and wine festival that celebrates rosé wine and rosé champagne — invites you to sip on the best rosé from only the best French and international wineries: like Chateau d’Esclans, Chateau Minuty, Vie Vite, Champagne Pommery, Val d’Orbieu, wineries in South Africa and Spain, and more. With neverending glasses of more than 60 rosé wine and champagnes, DJs spinning the hottest beats, picturesque ocean views and Miami’s elite out to see-and-be-seen, we promise you this will be one diet that won’t leave you hungry.

La Nuit en Rose offers afternoon and evening events, from 1 – 4 PM and 8 – 11 PM, respectively. VIP tickets, which include food, start at $125. For more information about this inaugural event, please visit www.niutrose.com

6 PM: Have dinner at Toro Toro, where sharing is caring.
