Fashionistas came out for a cause to attend the 12th Annual Lupus LA Hollywood Bag Ladies luncheon last week. The event, hosted by Paula Abdul, kicked off with a silent auction of nearly 300 designer bags from the likes of Stella McCartney and Chanel, all of which were donated by designers and celebrities.

Guests then enjoyed a phenomenal runway show presented by Roberto Cavalli, featuring more then 40 looks from the designer’s upcoming Spring collection.The excitement continued as Bachelor alum Bob Guiney and Lupus LA Chairman Adam Selkowitz auctioned off an array of enviable items, including a fashion week package that sold for $18,000.

Following the ceremony, Reese Witherspoon presented the “Women of Achievement” award to her friend and producing partner. Kathy Gallagher also received the “Women of Achievement” Award for her continuous support of Lupus LA.
