Guests enjoyed selections from Susur Lee (Lee, Toronto, Canada), Pichet Ong (NYC), Cedric Vongerichten (Perry St, NYC), Miguel Trinidad (Maharlika, NYC), local favorites Raku, Sweets Raku and Chada Thai as well as the Cosmopolitan’s own culinary teams from China Poblano, Estiatorio Milos, Rose.Rabbit.Lie. and STK. The resort’s resident mixologists were also on hand, serving specialty-curated cocktails spiked with Asian flair.
