LuckyRice Takes Over the Boulevard Pool
LuckyRice Night Market, now in its third year, transformed the Boulevard Pool at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas into a lively outdoor marketplace featuring traditional Asian street food and modern variations alike on Saturday night.
Guests enjoyed selections from Susur Lee (Lee, Toronto, Canada), Pichet Ong (NYC), Cedric Vongerichten (Perry St, NYC), Miguel Trinidad (Maharlika, NYC), local favorites Raku, Sweets Raku and Chada Thai as well as the Cosmopolitan’s own culinary teams from China Poblano, Estiatorio Milos, Rose.Rabbit.Lie. and STK. The resort’s resident mixologists were also on hand, serving specialty-curated cocktails spiked with Asian flair.
