Renderings of the Zaha Hadid-Designed Hotel Revealed

Meliá Hotels International and leading real estate developer, Omniyat, have recently unveiled further renderings of ME Dubai, the first ME hotel to launch in the Middle East, designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid.

To be located in the Opus building in the Burj Khalifa District, the ME Dubai will feature signature furniture either designed or selected by Hadid. The new renderings reveal the artistic ambiance of the ME Dubai lobby, the vertical café, the lounges and the reception area.

The Opus building will be 95 meters high and will span 250,000 square feet, while the hotel will have 100 rooms including four penthouses with private roof terraces and the brand’s signature ‘Suite ME.’ The hotel will also be home to Michelin-star restaurants and exclusive F&B brands. The hotel is set to launch in 2016.
