Haute Event: Macklemore and Ryan Lewis Help Surrender Celebrate Four Years

Four-time Grammy winners Macklemore and Ryan Lewis led Wednesday night’s fourth anniversary celebration at Surrender Nightclub in Encore Las Vegas. The duo performed a full-production concert to a packed house in the 60,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor entertainment complex renowned for its dominant Wednesday night industry party “Surrender Your Wednesday.” The event also marked the fourth anniversary of Encore Beach Club, the multi award-winning dayclub which shares the same space and transitions into the sexy nightclub at night.

Surrender Nightclub and Encore Beach Club managing partner Sean Christie joined Macklemore and Ryan Lewis on stage before their set when buxom Instagram supermodel Lauren Hanley, who celebrated her 21st birthday at the venue last month, brought out a celebratory anniversary cake. The groundbreaking nightclub received thunderous applause from the capacity crowd.

The superstar duo then performed a high-energy hour-long set which included their hits “10,000 Hours,” “Thrift Shop,” “Same Love,” “White Walls,” “Wings,” “And We Dance and “Trish.” The duo encored with “Can’t Hold Us” when Macklemore crowd surfed.
