When you have a winning formula, there’s no reason to divert from it – which would explain why Mark Wahlberg has been given the greenlight to produce his fourth Boston-based reality show for A&E.

The Transformers: Age of Extinction star is producing The Big Brew Theory, a reality show which will follow “four quirky and highly intelligent MIT grad students who have pooled their life savings to achieve their dream of creating a home-grown microbrewery and team up with a beautiful MIT undergrad to launch their business,” reports Deadline.

The Big Brew Theory, obviously, is a play on another winning show – CBS’ popular series, The Big Bang Theory.

This is Wahlberg’s fourth series for the network; others include Wahlburgers, which he stars in and produces with brothers Paul and DonnieBreaking Boston, a show about struggling female 20-somethings that has already been axed after just one episode, and the series Teamsters, which never aired.

Time will tell how Big Brew will do. In the meantime, fans can catch the 42-year-old star in Michael Bay‘s latest Transformers film, which hits movie theaters on June 27.
