Haute 100 Update Miami: Jorge Perez And Chef Michael Schwartz Announce Plans For New Restaurant

The rumors are true; Chef Michael Schwartz is indeed opening another restaurant and is partnering with the CEO and Chairman of The Related Group, Jorge Perez.  Schwartz announced to friends and colleagues his plans to open up a waterfront restaurant and beach club at Paraiso Bay and the soon-to-be-announced One Paraiso in Edgewater.

Plans are still in the very early stages and the new restaurant is nameless as of yet, but global architecture firm Arquitectonica and Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea have been brought on to design a cohesive indoor/outdoor space.

“We’ll have Michael’s incredible cuisine, gorgeous views of Biscayne Bay, a boutique beach club, all surrounded by Enea’s landscaping. This is really going to be a paradise in Edgewater,” Perez said of the project.
