Haute 100 Update: Myles Chefetz Opens Prime Fish In SoFi
Myles Chefetz’s Prime empire just got a little bigger with the addition of Prime Fish. It’s a fish-centric version of his successful Prime 112 and Prime Italian restaurants in his former Nemo restaurant location. Even though there is a bit of a steak house style menu, all kinds of fish dishes rule here – from Fish n’ Chips to Holland Dover Sole. There is also the simple but catchy: ‘Fish On A Plate’ that comes a la carte so you can mix and match your own sides and sauces. Decor is beautiful but clean, and evokes the old favorite that got this whole ball rolling.
