Haute 100 Update Miami: Don Peebles Hosts Preview Dinner For Bath Club Estates
Developer R. Donahue Peebles hosted a preview dinner for The Bath Club Estates earlier this week. Peebles was responsible for the redevelopment of The Bath Club in Miami Beach in 2000, a luxurious private members-only club and condo residences.
The event was timed with Art Basel to attract international buyers and the city’s top-selling brokers, to whom Peebles unveiled 13 extraordinary designer curated residences. Wife Katrina Peebles selected some of the world’s best designers to create custom residences including Jennifer Post, Alexandra Champalimaud, Alison Spear, Joao Armentano and Bernardo Fort-Brescia. Residences are priced from $8 to $30 million and the sales will officially launch early next year.
