Christian Slater and Brittany Lopez Marry At Coral Gables Courthouse

At the court house to pick up their marriage license, fiancees Christian Slater, 44 and Brittany Lopez decided just to go for it and tie the knot. After all, they’d already had a big blowout party for their engagement last year on New Year’s Eve and were planning something very small later this year. “It kind of already feels like we did the wedding,” said Slater to People.

Slater and Lopez have been together more than three years and bought a home together in Coconut Grove, Florida last May. But the wedded bliss may not be for long. Work on a ABC’s new show MInd Games is taking the actor to Chicago for filming. Slater also has a part in the upcoming, much buzzed about movie Nymphomaniac, due out December 25.

Slater announced their engagement on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last year, telling the story of how the two met at Little Palm Island.
