Ketchup Dubai Launches Limited Edition Route 66 Menu

Get a taste of the USA in Dubai with Route 66, Ketchup’s new special 6 course tasting menu inspired by the American highway of the same name. The dishes take diners on a culinary journey, visiting specialties from various cities along the famous Route 66 highway.

Diners start at Los Angeles with freshly shucked West Coast oysters, and then all the way to Chicago to feast on desserts. The menu features some all-American favorites with stops at Las Vegas for Navajo Tacos; Texas for Smoked BBQ Lamb T-Bone; Oklahoma for Chargrilled Spring Chicken marinated in malt drink, Springfield – Lincolns birthplace for Wellington of Wagyu Beef, and the final stop on the journey will offer a trio collection of sumptuous American desserts including cheesecake and apple pie.

The exclusive menu is being offered only on 10 and 11 November. All diners have to pre-book to reserve a seat.
