Dubai Music Week, a venture between partners, Global Gumbo Group (G3) and DXB Live, in collaboration with Dubai World Trade Center, has opened in Dubai with a week of seminars, concerts and panel discussions. Performances include those by Quincy Jones, Selena Gomez, a Bollywood night featuring Farhan Akhtar joined by Pritam and Band, Mohit Chauhan, Benny Dayal, Arijit Singh, Harshdeep Kaur, and Neeti Mohan, among others.

“We are extremely excited to finally see the results of the hard work and dedication that has gone into Dubai Music Week over many months,” says Executive Director of G3, Taymoor Marmarchi. “From discovering and showcasing local talent, to knowledge sharing by some of the biggest global names, to unforgettable concerts and performances, Dubai Music Week promises to be a high impact music industry event with something for everyone.”

The week will wrap up with the Pepsi Arabic Concert, a live music festival featuring 8 stars from X Factor Arabia and Arab Idol including a live performance of the charity hit single, Bokra,  at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
