Haute Event: New UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman Celebrates at Surrender

New UFC 162 middleweight champion Chris Weidman, who stunned the world Saturday night with a second round knockout of Anderson Silva, celebrated his remarkable victory in high style at Surrender Nightclub in Encore Las Vegas.

A virtually unscathed Weidman arrived at 1:30 a.m. with about 40 people and took over the owners table and two dance floor tables. As Jadakiss’ song “The Champ is Here” blasted through the sound system there was an announcement to the club and a message posted on the LED screens around the venue that the new champ was in the house, which elicited cheers from the packed house.

Weidman, who tweeted before arriving at Surrender Nightclub inviting fans to come party with him, arrived with his championship belt. The champ drank vodka cranberry cocktails and threw back several celebratory shots of Ciroc Redberry. With Weidman were NBA champions Mike Miller and Udonis Haslem from the Miami Heat.

A few tables down reality TV star Jenni “JWoww” Farley showed off her toned gams in a high-low skirt while her green bustier could be seen through a sheer top. She came into the club with the same mixed group of guys and girls that she partied with earlier in the day at Encore Beach Club. She drank Grey Goose and cranberry cocktails while Wolfgang Gartner spun next to her table.
