Luxury Car Rental: Hertz to Roll Out Lamborghini + Ferrari ‘Dream Cars’ for $1500 a Day in LA

Rental car company Hertz has announced they will be introducing a new Dream Car luxury car rental service in Los Angeles for customers who wish to rent high-performance vehicles such as Lamborghinis and Ferraris.

In addition to being able to rent luxury vehicles like Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Mercedes-Benz SLS, Porsches, and Aston Martins, the Hertz Dream Car luxury car rental service will also offer customers services such as being greeted in person by a Hertz Executive Client Concierge who will escort you to your dream car, and delivery and pick-up from your hotel, home or other off-airport location. Each vehicle will be fully detailed and prominently displayed at the Hertz location.

In addition to Los Angeles, Hertz plans on introducing the service to 34 markets, including San Diego, San Francisco, Palm Springs, Orange County and more. The selection of cars will vary by location, and top cars such as Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Bentleys will start at $1,500 per day with 75 miles allowed and $3 per additional mile, according to The Los Angeles Times. Aston Martin Vantage, Audi R8 and similar models will start at $1,000 per day while the Boxster and other Porsches will start at $350 per day.

In a statement, Hertz Chairman and Chief Executive Mark P. Frissora said, “Additionally, the Dream Cars experience extends from special reservation channels to being greeted by a Hertz representative at the airport terminal, to a rental vehicle in pristine condition.”
