Haute 100 New York Update: Jay-Z May Sign $20 Million Deal with Samsung Mobile
Despite Jay-Z‘s busy schedule of making music, signing top athletes and spending time with his wife Beyonce, the hip-hop mogul may be entering into a new — and very lucrative — business partnership. The 43-year-old musician is reportedly in talks to sign a $20 million deal with Samsung Mobile.
“The eight-figure deal will be inked in the next few weeks, and is the biggest of its kind,” a source told Page Six. “You can speculate that he’ll want to develop some kind of new music-streaming service to promote his acts and music on mobile devices.”
