Some of New York’s biggest and brightest stars came out to celebrate the 10th anniversary Jeffrey Fashion Cares Fundraiser on April 2 at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum. More than 1,000 attendees including Emmy Rossum, Cyndi Lauper, Chrissy Tiegan, Jerry Mitchell, Sean Avery, Kelly Bension, Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, Ireland Baldwin and Veronica Webb were spotted sipping champagne, snapping up auction items and taking in the runway show. The annual event benefits the LGBT community and nonprofits that serve people living with HIV and AIDS. “I’m thrilled that every year we [recruit] more artists and raise more money for the charities,” said Jeffrey Kalinsky, the organization’s founder and CEO of Jeffrey New York. “That’s why I’m here tonight, and that’s what this is all about.” By the end of the evening, the organization raised $811,735 through ticket sales, donations and the live and silent auctions.
