Die Hard star Bruce Willis has listed his Beverly Hills mansion for $22 million. The walled and gated estate features 10,379 square feet of living space with eleven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms and a state-of-the-art screening room.

According to the listing, the property has “old world charm with modern conveniences,” lush landscaped grounds, a tennis court, cabana, built-in outdoor barbecue, and an inner courtyard across nearly one acre of land. Built in 1928, the estate includes 11 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a maid’s quarters, library, media/music room, updated amenities, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and much more.

According to Redfin, Willis purchased the home in June 2004 for $6.3 million. It is located at 1005 Benedict Canyon Drive in Beverly Hills.

The property is currently only being shown to pre-qualified clients.
