Untitled Chicago’s Whiskey Week
In case you missed last week’s first Annual American Whiskey Affair or just loved it so much you can’t wait for the next event you’re in luck. Untitled’s Whiskey Week is back and it is being kicked off with an amazing five-course meal expertly prepared by Executive Chef Joseph Heppe, and of course the food will be prepared with some great whiskey, specifically ‘Prohibition Era Whiskey’ from the Templeton Rye Portfolio. Untitled Chicago (111 West Kinzie) will be holding Whiskey Week from Tuesday, May 14 to Friday May, 17 and will feature plenty of fun for whiskey lovers, including complimentary tastings of whiskey from Erza Brooks and Rebel Yell Bourbon on Wednesday, May 15, Jesse James Bourbon on Thursday May 16 and Dewar’s on Friday May 17. But the five-course dinner will come first (Tuesday May 14) and that will be $50 per person. The menu will include:
Hooks 7yr Aged Cheddar Black walnut focaccia, red currant jam
Salmon Tartar Smoked salmon caviar, rye cracker
Bacon Rabbit Ballotine Fava bean and lentils, sunchoke puree
St. Louis Style Ribs Oven roasted figs, braised pistachios
