Nicollette Sheridan Leases Out Bel Air Home for $12,500/month

Actress and former Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan has leased her 2,731-square-foot Bel Air home for $12,500 per month. The hillside property features four bedrooms, four bathrooms and sits on 1.5 acres of land.

According to Real Estalker, Sheridan listed the home approximately six months ago, and has owned the property since “at least the mid-1990s.” The main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, tiled interior space, a sky-lit main living/dining room with a vaulted ceiling, a large brick fireplace, French doors, built-in bar and barbeque station, a formal dining room, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances a Viking brand range, and more. The master bedroom features double entry doors, large walk-in closets, a vaulted ceiling, an exposed brick terrace, a bathroom with blue tile counters, floors and walls, a separate jetted tub and sheepskin rugs.

There is also a detached structure on the property with an additional bedroom/bathroom and a semi-private driveway. Between the main house and the guest house there is a swimming pool and lounging terrace.
