Lincoln Road Set To Create Rooftop Mini Golf Course And Restaurant
Developer Glenn Boyer was just granted approval by the Miami Beach Design Review Board to transform the top deck of the Lincoln Garage, on Lincoln Road. Boyer, who is the director of development at PLC Investments, will join forces with the design team at Berenblum Busch Architecture to create the Lincoln Road Putting Club. The club will include a rooftop miniature golf course, garden, and restaurant.
Berenblum Busch Architecture is a Miami based firm founded by Gustavo Berenblum and Claudia Busch, who are two nationally recognized design leaders with over 40 years of combined experience in projects worldwide. The firm’s projects include several of FIU’s building structures including the football stadium and the School of Architecture Building, Miami Beach’s James Hotel and they have also taken their expertise as far as Germany for their work on Berlin’s Spreebogen Parliment District.
Boyer’s initiative for The Putting Club is to provide a new wave of rooftop entertainment to residing families on Lincoln Road. The venue is set to open in the Fall of 2014.
