Maria Sharapova Celebrates Miami Launch Of Sugarpova At Sunset Place

Tennis superstar Maria Sharapova is celebrating the launch of her candy line Sugarpova at Florida-based candy retailer, IT’SUGAR. The Russian beauty, who has won twenty-seven Women’s Tennis Association titles and is here in Miami to compete in the Sony Ericsson this week, is squeezing in a personal appearance in South Florida to introduce three new flavors this evening.
Sugarpova, which is sold in over 120 locations nationwide, is comprised of 12 colorful and unique gummy variations, gumballs and soft chews. The brand is described as a premium candy line that reflects the fun, fashionable, sweet side of the international tennis sensation. Sharapova combines both style and substance while offering an accessible bit of luxury through her re-invented candy classics.
With recent tweets and Facebook posts reading “Miami here I come!” and “Can’t wait to see all my fans at my Sugarpova launch Tuesday 6pm at the IT’SUGAR store in Sunset place.” Sharapova seems to be just as excited to celebrate her sugary success as those of us with a sophisticated sweet tooth are.
Event takes place from 6pm-8pm at IT’SUGAR at Sunset Place.
