Karla Dascal Launches Karla Events Gourmet Catering Division
Karla Conceptual Event Experiences is a full-service event-planning firm in Miami’s Wynwood Art District, owned and operated by coordinator/designer Karla Dascal. The firm has been recognized for its focus on impeccable invitation design, event decor, lighting and of course Dascal’s trademark, sculptural floral design. The creative company, which has over two decades in the event business, is now adding a new gourmet catering division to their already impressive list of productions.
Karla Catering will be delivering a fresh and luscious culinary experience to clients, only serving the highest-quality ingredients along with exceptional event service. Each event will present a specifically designed menu based on season and occasion. Chef specialties will range from jumbo lump crab and avocado tartar over a plantain feather with crème fraîche and caviar, to grilled eggplant rollatini with warm feta and sultana pine nut relish. Karla Catering’s signature plates will include crispy malanga, salt-cured tuna loin, torched kumquat and rich Kurobuta pork belly. Along with the delectable dishes, Karla’s mixology team will be customizing all libations for each event.
The firm also offers clients their luxurious venue, The Space Miami. Located in the heart of the Wynwood Art District, the 36,000-square-foot event space is comprised of floor-to-ceiling windows and gardens and promises to cater specifically to each client’s creative needs.
The Miami-based full-service event-planning firm has created some of the city’s most unforgettable occasions for distinguished companies such as Louis Vuitton, Moet Hennessy, Audemars Piguet, Swarovski, Diane von Furstenberg and the New World Symphony. The new epicurean catering division is certain to allure further high-profile clients.
