Equinox’s New Downtown Los Angeles Location Opens Next Week

A new location of Los Angeles’ upscale fitness center Equinox is scheduled to open in the Bunker Hill on March 27 at 4 p.m. The 28,000-square-foot facility will include space for cardio workouts, boxing, spinning and more.

According to LA Racked, Equinox’s new Bunker Hill location will feature “a show-stopping wood and steel staircase, a 2,000-square-foot terrace for hanging post-workout,” eucalyptus steam rooms, a shop, juice bar, spa and more.

The facilities CEO told LA Racked, “There has been a huge demand for an innovative, upscale fitness facility in a number of cities where the market is under-served. By opening in Downtown LA, our aim is to meet the needs of a discriminating consumer who demands the best and currently doesn’t have the opportunity to get it.”

The shop will include products by brands such as Stella McCartney, LuluLemon, Orange Label by Equinox, RLX and Beyond Yoga. Kiehl’s amenities will be available in all the locker rooms along with eco-friendly cotton towels, salon-style hairdryers and “all of the essentials for post-workout rejuvenation.”

The downtown facility is located at 444 Flower Street.
