Delano’s Rose Bar Gets A Revamp

Rose Bar .850

The Rose Bar, one of Miami’s most consistently cool hotel bars, has gotten a make-over. The Delano has reintroduced its cozy cocktail lounge with fresh additions including barkeep Bernie Waters, who has spent time at the Mondrian and Fontainebleau, and a brand new bar menu. Thirsty patrons will be able to pair mixology cocktails with equally interesting nibbles like truffle-butter popcorn, eggplant olives and home-made potato chips covered in melted blue-cheese-fonduta sauce.

The newly designed interior embraces the bar’s name with upholstered rose colored walls and drapery. Softly lighting the bar area are custom Venetian chandeliers suspended just above bar’s marble countertop.

As for the drinks, Rose Bar is now offering tailor made drinks for patrons. Simply collaborate with an on-hand mixologist to come up with a custom libation that will please your palate. If sipping on an already perfected signature cocktail is more your style, go with the double-infused “Old Fashioned” with, wait for it, bacon fat.
