Alex Rodriguez Is Still Apartment Hunting: Checks Out Teammate Ichiro Suzuki’s Former Pad
Yankees all-star Alex Rodriguez is still on the hunt for a new apartment in Manhattan. The 37-year-old third baseman was recently spotted checking out his teammate Ichiro Suzuki‘s former apartment on the Upper East Side.
“Alex is in New York full time while he undergoes [injury] rehab,” a source told the New York Post. “He has looked at a lot of apartments, and Suzuki’s former place is one of them.” Suzuki previously rented a four-bedroom, 2,700-square-foot unit inside the Laurel on 67th street. The unit is currently available to rent or buy.
Rodriguez sold his 3,585-square-foot, five-bedroom, full-floor bachelor pad on the 35th floor of the Rushmore last April for $6.6 million.
