Thursday’s Topshop Opening to Turn The Grove into a British Street Party
This Thursday lovers may be looking forward to Valentine’s Day, but shoppers will be even happier to known that after a year of teasing, Topshop and Topman’s 30,000-square-foot flagship store will finally be open at The Grove exactly at 4pm.
The London high street retailer will be bringing what some will say a British street party to The Grove. The festivities will begin around 3 p.m. and includes free treats, special guest appearances and live music, followed by flagship’s store opening its doors for the very first time one hour later. With all of the excitement of the grand opening from 2 or 3 p.m. a line is expected to form.
The store is expected to carry collections from Unique exclusively from their London Fashion Week, Boutique and the second designer collaboration with J.W. Anderson. Also, a variety of Leigh Jeans, of course the brand’s mainline and exclusive hand-picked pieces by Kate Bosworth, Topshop’s holiday campaign star, but that’s not all, Topshop will be bringing in a fleet of London cabs on the streets of L.A. to transport special shoppers to the exciting store to add a touch of their UK roots. Valentine’s Day has never looked better!
