Photos: Tabitha Stevens Celebrates Her Birthday at Crazy Horse III

Adult film star Tabitha Stevens celebrated her birthday with an all-out bash at Crazy Horse III Gentlemen’s Club on Saturday night.

The video vixen turned heads sporting a low-cut metallic mini dress embroidered with gold spikes, sky-high stilettos and a turquoise birthday crown.

The bombshell brunette was surrounded by her husband, Gary, and seductress, Taylor Stevens, as she was presented with a sexy, three-tier Moulin Rouge and leopard themed birthday cake. The AVN Hall of Famer sipped on Three Olives Cake Vodka with pineapple juice  from an over-the-top hot pink martini glass while blowing kisses at admiring fans throughout the evening.

While partying into the early morning hours, the birthday girl hopped on Twitter to exclaim “I’m at @CrazyHorse3LV for my birthday! Come see me!”
