Table Host is a premium dining concierge service created by Kristy Kitzmiller. It’s purpose is to give exclusive access to patrons who love fine dining and upscale restaurants. And for the Valentine’s Day weekend they are offering seats to Feast & Imbibe’s Valentine’s Day pop-up dinners. Feast & Imbibe founders, D’ Andre Carter and Heather Bublick, are protégés of the incredibly popular Moto Restaurant. They are partnering with Table Host to manage reservations for a three-night (February 14-16, 2013) celebration of decadent dishes.
The dinners will all be at Company (1307 Chicago Avenue) in Evanston. Beginning at 7:00 pm each night, it’s limited to only 18 guests/seating. Due to the fact that it’s a set menu, the cost is fixed at $195 per person (which is all inclusive) and has to be prepaid. The evening will start with a champagne toast, followed by an expertly crafted 7-course tasting menu prepared by Chef D’ Andre Carter. The cocktail and wine pairings are all hand selected by experienced Beverage Director Heather Bublick. This is truly the perfect Valentine’s treat for the special someone in your life and it’s sure to be a special evening for the both of you.
