Bloomingdale’s Upcoming Events

Over the next couple weeks the Bloomingdale’s Medinah Home Store (600 North Wabash) will be having a couple great events aimed at helping to make your home more luxurious and elegant. Starting with their event they’re having this Friday, March 1^st from 5:30 to 7 pm. They will be celebrating the launch of their newest housewares collection, Joseph Joseph. Co-founders of Joseph Joseph, Richard and Antony Joseph, will be on hand and they are bringing a selection of products that will be hitting Bloomingdale’s later this year. While getting a demonstration from Bloomingdale’s Culinary Specialist, you can enjoy some refreshments and light snacks at the event.

If you can’t make it this Friday, or just can’t stay away form the Bloomingdale’s, there’s other upcoming events that may be of interest. The following day (Saturday, March 2) between 1 and 3 pm, there will be an exclusive signing event with Alessio Alessi, president of Alessi USA. And just under two weeks after the Alessi event, Bloomingdale’s Medinah Home Store will be celebrating the launch of Oscar de la Renta and Scalamandre. The event will be about inspiration for new ideas for the traditional table setting. If you are a person who loves throwing elegant dinner parties, then this is the perfect event for you. They have invited Ryan of Stemline Creative to create one-of-a-kind tablescapes. You can learn something that will wow guests the next time you hold a dinner at your home.
