StyleChicago.com is in its fifth season of presenting The Art of Fashion. Twice a year Chicago’s fashion lovers get to see 10 looks from either the Spring or Fall collections of Chicago’s best fashion designers. For the Fall 2013 collections, the show will be held on Friday, April 19, 2013 on the fourth floor of the Museum of Broadcast Communications (360 North State).
It’s more than just a runway show; there will also be a VIP reception prior to the show and an official after-party following the show. Our city’s favorite designers will be showing their Fall 2013 looks including Barbara Bates, Borris Powell, Calvin Tran, Shernett Swaby and more. The show will feature models from Factor Runway and is sponsored by PERONI Italy, LUNA Bar and Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago. Expect a good time with fellow guests as you sip on cocktails, wine and drink premium beer by PERONI Italy. In case you are in need of a snack, RA Sushi will be providing sushi rolls and there will be additional hors d’oeuvres as well.
The VIP reception will be from 6:00 – 7:30pm and the tickets cost between $75 and $115, it includes an assigned seat for the runway show, VIP Cocktail Reception, goodie bag and the official party. For standing room only at the runway show tickets are $55. The official after-party will be at ROOF on theWit (201 North State) and it runs from 9:00 to 11:00pm.
