A rare 1887 coin featuring a large portrait of Queen Victoria as a young monarch will be sold at auction on January 6-7 through Heritage Auction’s Ancient & World Coin Signature Auction in New York. Billed as one of the finest example of its type, the well-preserved coin is expected to sell for approximately $250,000 and become one of the world’s most expensive coins.
