The Gatsby-esque experience begins with a limo drive from anywhere in the five boroughs to the spectacular 127-room castle, which served as partial inspiration for the classic novel. Upon arrival, a white-gloved butler will carry your bags to your luxury suite, while you and your date take a spin around the ballroom. If you need to brush up on your dance moves, not to worry — private lessons and a string quartet are included in the package. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, you’ll enjoy a seven-course menu designed in consultation with your own private chef. And of course, a personal photographer will be on-hand to record every romantic moment.
