One of a Kind Show and Sale Chicago
December 6-9th will bring over 600 artists from far and wide to Chicago for the 12th annual One of a Kind Show. Artists from all of over the creative spectrum will be on hand to show and sell their works of art. Artisans, jewelry makers, metal workers, photographers, painters, sculptures, and more will be on hand. Whether you’re moving into a new home and looking for something to give it character or just want to add some charisma to your current home, you will definitely find what you want. The show will be held at the Merchandise Mart (222 Merchandise Mart Plaza).
Of course there will be one of a kind items to buy, but there are a handful of other things that will be going on as well, namely fashion shows, live music and there are gourmet cafes if you need a snack. I think the best part of this event is you get to actually speak with the artists and get a feel of what went into a piece and what it really means to the individual. It’s a chance to connect with a piece in your home (or office or wherever you decide to place it) like never before.
