James Hotels and Red Cross Aid Hurricane Sandy Victims
Hurricane Sandy dealt a big blow to New York and the surrounding areas. There has been a lot of loss and heartbreak surrounding this tragedy, and we would like to send our deepest condolences to all those who have been negatively affected. There are a lot of organizations and individuals doing as much as they can to help those in need. The James Hotel in New York and Chicago (55 E. Ontario) are inviting guests to help them give back. The James has started Peace, Love & Room Service. The hotels will donate 20% of the proceeds from your reservation to Red Cross to help aid the victims of Hurricane Sandy. The James is dedicated to helping out affected areas, assisting those who have lost homes, restoring neighborhoods and lives.
Guests who book rooms will receive two customized “peace, love & room service” nightshirts and a $50 daily credit towards room service during your visit. So if you plan on visiting New York or getting a hotel in Chicago, you can do some good and help those in need just by staying at the James Hotel. Chicago residents, if you are planning a stay-cation, stay at the James Hotel, take a couple days and relax; all while knowing you are doing a huge part to help the affected areas and victims of Hurricane Sandy.
