Frank Gehry-Designed Loft Space in Dennis Hopper’s Former Compound for $4,300/Month

The former Dennis Hopper compound sold last summer for $5 million and the new owner has decided to rent out one of the three Frank Gehry-designed loft spaces for $4,300 per month.

According to LA Curbed, the compound consists for five buildings and one of the property’s three Frank Gehry-designed loft spaces has just hit the rental market for $4,300 per month. According to the ad on Criagslist, the 1,400-square-foot condo has 30-foot ceilings on the second level, a high-end kitchen, concrete floors on the first level, wood floors on the second level and parking for two cars.

The entire Dennis Hopper compound includes five buildings. There are three Frank Gehry units, a 100-year-old cottage and a main house designed by Brian Murphy. The property also features a pool house and a lap pool.
