Michael Strahan Lists Hermosa Beach Home for $1.849 Million

Former NFL player and current football analyst Michael Strahan and his fiancé Nicole Murphy have listed their Hermosa Beach home for $1.849 million.

While many speculate that Michael Strahan may be heading to New York City to co-host Live! With Kelly Ripa, the football analyst and his wife Nicole Murphy have listed their 2,560-square-foot home in California. Located just a block from the beach, the home features two living rooms, an elevator, a rooftop deck, two master bedroom suites, another bedroom and four bathrooms.

The townhome has been listed for $1.849 million. Public records indicate that Strahan purchased the property for $2.2 million in 2005. Despite rumors that Strahan may be heading to New York City for his new job, the couple insists that they are selling because they do not spend much time at the house. The Live! With Kelly Ripa co-host announcement will officially be made on September 4, with Strahan currently the leading pick according to sources.

Strahan, 40, played for the New York Giants his entire career and set a record for sacks in a single season. He retired after winning Super Bowl XLII in 2008. His wife, Nicole, 44, was married to comedian Eddie Murphy from 1993 to 2006 and is currently starring in the realty series “Hollywood Exes”.
