Piero’s Italian Cuisine is one of those old-school restaurants that has been serving up one of the best osso buccos in the city for more than 30 years. Evan Glusman, who took over operations from his father Freddie, remembers helping prep food at age 10 and busing tables when he was 12. He skipped school the day Sharon Stone filmed the scenes for “Casino” in a booth at the restaurant.
