BLOOM: The New Kid on Miami’s Culinary Scene

News | July 6, 2012

Attention culinary enthusiasts: here’s the scoop on a new restaurant to include on your radar.

Brought to you by co-wners Jose Miguel Sarti and Sebastin Stahl, BLOOM is where the two have combined their passion for artistic expression with a flair for fine food. Appropriately situated in Wynwood, the three-part venue includes an open-air bar, an outdoor dining room and an indoor dining room with an open kitchen. And don’t expect it to stop at the food. The restaurant will also play host to globally-recognized DJs.

The Latin American-meets-Asian cuisine includes dishes like Tuna Yuke Seaweed “Tacos”, Coban Adobo Kobe Skirt Steak and Braised Oxtail Rice Tamale.  BLOOM Chef Ricky Sauri, a former chef for Nobu, is the mastermind behind the menu.
