Tonino Lamborghini Boutique Hotel Opens in China

Tonino Lamborghini is the son of Ferruccio Lamborghini and founder of his a food and beverage, IT and hospitality business that has partnered with Chinese real estate developer Join In Group to create the Tonino Lamborghini Boutique Hotel Suzhou.

Still only in the beginning stages of its China operations, Tonino Lamborghini Boutique Hotel Suzhou is located on the banks of Jinji Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park. The property features 92 lake-view rooms in four building that were constructed in Suzhou garden style. The hotel’s interiors are an elegant mix of Chinese style with Italian details including Chinese Ming-style furniture in the rooms with Lamborghini’s signature bull logo integrated into the design.

“I love to see the fusion of Italian luxury and Chinese culture,” said Tonino. “This will be the perfect combination of a ‘made in Italy’ and Eastern philosophy.”

Tonino’s company has plans for nine additional properties, seven of which are in China.

After starting his business in 1981, Tonino opened his first, four-star boutique property in Collecchio, Parma, Italy in 2006.
